42nd Annual Wisconsin State Water Ski Show Championships

I would guess that it is my turn to put something on the blog as Diane will probably add to my contribution. We have had such a fantastic summer here in Wisconsinwith family and friends. In my years of traveling most of the states, I figured out that beauty is in the eye of the beholder ). I have had comments too numerous to count from people I meet in our shipping stores about all the beauty we have here in Wisconsin. Usually from people who make an annual trip back to see their siblings and parents and are trying to send a bit of Wisconsin home. These people are absolutely right, and until this year I have missed most of it because of my attitude which has been quite a transformation and has made me realize how blessed I am to have been raise my family with my beautiful wife ( Diane) of 28 years on Aug 30th, 2008. My mission is now to rediscover and value my surroundings here in Wisconsin, with all our lakes, rivers, bluffs, waterfalls, Great Lakes (Michigan Superior), Ski Resorts (Winter) and my wife's beautiful flower gardens. Diane is going to post some beautiful photos of the 42nd Annual Wisconsin State Waterski Tournament. If it can be done on water it happens here with 26 teams from around Wisconsin. This happens every year and we look forward to it. Coming on August 8-11 we have a special treat coming back to Lake Wazeecha, which is 2 1/2 miles from our house, we are hosting the National Waterski Tournament! There is nothing like this event on water anywhere else and it is our backyard. Anyone is welcome to come see us and attend this fantastic event and best of all believe it or not this is FREE!!
